Contents
An evangelism tool, developed at Trinity Church of Morrisania in the birthplace of Hip Hop, the South Bronx, containing daily prayers, psalms, a variety of services (including a Eucharist), and a selection of bible stories all designed with the enlivening power of Hip Hop in mind, and prefaces by two bishops of the Episcopal Church and a wealth of contextualizing materials.

Editor
The Rev. Timothy Holder is the rector of Trinity Episcopal Church of Morrisania in the South Bronx of the City of New York and the Founding Priest and Pastor of the HipHopEmass.

Controversy
Besides a great initiative, controversy could start about the editor, who is ordained in 1997 as the first openly gay priest in Alabama, United States. Some christians feel there is a mixed message in spreading the gospel and being open about homosexuality, which is considered a sin.
