Info:The documentary had it's premiere on February 24th, 2008. The filmmaker is Lawrence Burroughs (also known as "Law") of the Kingdom Marketing Group. The film covers the controversial genres of holy hip pop and christian metal.

Start
The documentary started at Lawrence Burroughs high school, at the senior exhibition. Students need to do a project to graduate from high school. As Lawrence says about his project: "So, with my love for film, and christian rap, and christian metal, I decided to make a documentary to open the minds of close minded christians, so that the seperations in the body of Christ, musically especially, could be broken. And so we can further become one: A family under God. Hence the name, We Are One. What began, as just a project, turned into a serious effort, to create and complete my first film."

Contents
The documentary talks about the untold sides of christian rappers, and christian metal bands. And basically the purpose of the video is to make christians more open minded about what the definition of christian music is.

Release
The release date is the 24th of February, 2008. The film will not be for sale, due to legal agreements with some of the artists and bands in the video. For now, it's a non-profit local and internet based documentary.

Storyline
The film begins with the hip hop side. Basically giving a background on the origins of christian rap. Then various issues and contraversy brought up in the church is featured. As the filmmaker states: "It overall, presents a strong stance opposing the opposition of christian hip hop, and proving people wrong that think christian hip hop is demonic."
Then it transitions to the christian metal genre. And basically follows the same format as the hip hop section. It also explores the secular side of metal, conceding to an extent, but flipping the script, to further prove, that christian metal is just another type of worship towards God.
