2Edge explains where he stands: "HipHop is a culture, being
a Christian is a lifestyle. For those who know me, I'm a fan
of good music, tight lyrics and joints that make you rewind
and think. I will support those that supply this dying world
with that true, bangin' Christ Music. To be honest, it means
a lot more than doing music to me. Christ has given many of
us a platform to spread the gospel."
Solo Album
About his solo plans he says: "Yes! I am starting the
makings of a solo collection of cuts that I believe will
continue the worship that we've been doing for so many
years. Entitled "While I'm Still Breathin' ", I'm not
claiming to be the best you've ever heard but what I will
say is that it is in a way from me that you've never heard.
I'm not a simplistic or an empty MC."
Not Ashamed
"I'm not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the life
that he has called us to. Have I made mistakes? Yep! Have I
done things that I know wasn't pleasing to God? Yep! It's
good to know that the Savior's Grace & Mercy is still
affectively working things out. It's my desire to put my
experiences to the bassline, give you HipHop to worship to
and to continue to let the world know that Jesus is still
all that you need...Believe it, Man!"
