Mission
Their mission is: To break down all Denominational barriers, to unite all those within the Body of Christ, while nurturing and developing God’s gifts and preparing soldiers for His Army.

Warcry
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Ephesians 6:12

History
God’s Army found their humble beginning back in 1992, participating in church festivals and special events with only 2 or 3 members at any given time. In early 1998 under the direction of the Holy Spirit: Liyongo Tolin aka (Rhodes Scholar), Maurice Gholston, Marcus Pride, Timashion Jones and Rahsaan Ivory aka (Godchild) agreed to combine the anointed talents of the Bloodwashed Soldiers (another gospel rap ministry) with those of God’s Army. From that point on the ministry’s rappers would be known as the Bloodwashed Soldiers.

Groups
Soon other ministry groups emerged from within to form: Pro31, a female vocal ministry, B.A.D. (Born-Again Dancers) a high powered dance ministry, Peculiar Peeps, a drama production team and S.T.O.R.M. Troopers (Strong Talented Ordained Radical Ministers) the G.A. step team. God’s Army became the name for all of the group’s collective cultural arts ministries.

Ministry
Due to God’s Army’s faithfulness in the little things of God, God continues to prosper them. God’s Army has been one of the most sought after youth ministries in the state. God’s Army has ministered at prisons, youth homes, youth camps, youth rallies, public schools, public library, parks, street rallies, as well as local and International TV and radio programs. God’s Army has since developed into a group of six talented, anointed Soldiers for Christ.

Debut Album
The collective released their debut album "Mission Not Impossible" through Warfare Records on February 10th, 2004.

New Project
God's Army will release a CD and book inspired on Ephesians 6:12 for 2007. The CD is called "612" and the book "Christian Rap Today's Tool for Evangelism : The 612 Commentary".
