Flynn Adam Atkins.
Start
Rootbeer started around the end of 1998. It came about as a
result of Pigeon John and Flynn Adam Atkins hanging out all
the time and just making music together, since the mid
1990's.
Natural Process
It just became a natural process where they just made music.
It ended up getting locked up in a record deal with Squint
Entertainment. The same label that had LA Symphony locked
up.
Revived
The project is revived around September of 2007. Pigeon John
and Flynn had always talked about doing the album, but time
and availability just hadn't been available.
Concert
Their first official concert as headliner is on Friday
October 24th, 2008 at Sachi Bar, Long Beach, California.
Compilation
On September 3rd, 2008 the duo announced their first single
"Chimpanzee" to be released on the Gotee compilation album
"Hip Hope 2009". It will be the bonus song when buying the
full album on iTunes.
Debut Recording
Rootbeer released their first recording The Pink Limousine
EP in March of 2009.
