DJ Zilla
Releases:[Raw Mixtape volume 1] [Mark 9:23 Mixtape volume 1]
Info:Philip Rood is DJ Zilla, who lives in Brussels, Belgium. He's the man behind the internetsites Rapzilla.com, Rawkzilla.com, Rapzillashop.com and Raproom.net. He is an American, who also speaks French. Besides being a DJ he has taken up producing as well.

Philip Rood started working on Rapzilla.com in March 2003 and launched the site in September 2003. He wanted to bring more diversity on the internet, since only two sites were online Sphereofhophop.com and the Hip Hop Zone message board in 2003.

Holy Hip Hop Toolbar
Besides the re-design of Rapzilla.com in November 2006 Philip came up with a new version of the Holy Hip Hop Toolbar in April 2007. The first version dates from 2005.

Rap Room
DJ Zilla launched a new concept called The Rap Room at Raproom.net in August 2006. On this site artists themselves can upload their music and profile to reach their audience, holy hip hop lovers from over the globe, through one source.

Philip started the Rap Shop, Rap-shop.com in 2004, but closed it down in 2006 to found a digital music only store called the Rapzilla Shop in April 2007, at Rapzillashop.com.

The Fellowship of Holy Hip Hop hosts the 8th Annual Holy Hip Hop Artist Showcase and Music Awards during Holy Hip Hop Week in Atlanta, Georgia, January 18-19, 2008. DJ Zilla is a 2008 Holy Hip Hop Music Awards Honoree.

He also released the album "Rapzilla : the compilation volume 1" in 2005. The album was a free download at the site Rapzilla.com.

The mixtape "Raw" is postponed until later notice.

The DJ also ventures into the techno dancestyle with the EP "Hi-Tek", released March 2007 and "The Calling EP" in 2008.
