together with Combustible The Poet, DJ AllStar, DJ Rhino and
AP, as he became a member of The Wax Musim Collective.
Name
"YSG" is an acronym for "Young Son of God". The name
"Timothy" means "Honoring God" or "One who is Honored by
God".
Mixtapes
He can be heard on two mixtapes from Uprok Records volume 1
& 2 (2002/2003), the Sphere of Hip Hop Mixtape (2004) and
on Beatmart's Best of the Submissions Volume 1 (2004).
Project
YSG-Timothy is also part of the project: Bar Wars - Legends
of the Ecclessia Volume 1 & 2, both EP's were released in
2006. Bar Wars is inspired by the epic trilogies Star
Wars.
Albums
His full length solodebut "A black guy named Tim" was
released in April of 2005. His sophomore record entitled
"Follow Through" is released in 2007. A DVD containing the
video "Follow Through" would complete the project.
