Pawn Shop
The DJ has been involved in performing hip hop music, since
2000 when he bought some Technics SL-1200 turntables from
First Cash Pawn in Dallas, Texas.
Fascinated
As Sean P explains: "I had become fascinated with how DJ
Premier scratched hooks, and how the BeatJunkies were
musical with their mixtapes." He started doing little
freestyle shows with his friend IZK (Blunt Force Crew,
Biogliphic, LEAF). That really sparked his hunger to make
fun creative music.
Bone Circus
He continues: "Eric Craddock asked me to do some shows with
him, and eventually I became part of the music ministry he
was doing. Eric and I did shows for about 6 years as "Bone
Circus," which was eventually shorted to BC.
BC Albums
BC recorded 2 albums that were well received by the small
community.

- BC - Framework (2006)
He also did 2 recordings with Point 5 Covenant, who is part
of the Phatmass.com crew.
DJ Stibs
He met DJ Stibs (from Dallas DJ crew "The Flamin Hot
Tamalez") at a hip-hop show in Deep Elum for the second time
in like 2001, when Sean P was passing out flyers for an LA
Symphony show.
Radio
The two started hooking up to scratch and have been friends
ever since. Stibs started an online mix radio show in 2005
called "Back On The Block," which included The Unaverage Joe
and Sean P. And put together some well received mixes and
commentaries.
Artists
In the process the DJ has worked with great artist like
Sivion, Playdough, YSG-Timothy, The Bar Wars Project,
Scribbling Idiots, Phatmass.com, Flip (Point 5 Covenant),
ManChild (Mars ILL, DeepSpace5), Listener (DeepSpace5), and
Heath McNeece.

The DJ has also featured on mixtapes, like:

Worship
Sean P also ventures off into different musical styles. He
has played the turntables with several worship Bands: Joey
Witham, Lane Rogers, Curt Dubose, The Met, Fellowship Youth
Band, and The Rock Youth Band.
Commitment
As the DJ states "I love worshiping God (Jesus)! It all
comes down to the commitment I made to God when I was 16.
And, ever since, I've wanted to live the life that He has
blessed me with to the fullest. I believe that I can do
God's work with music, and I'm so very thankful for that!"
Solo
DJ Sean P parted from BC since he liked to be less active in
the music scene as he stated on April 4th , 2006 at The
Sphere: "[...] I have officially dropped all my rap
commitments. And, music is officially my hobby."
New Crew
On August 11th, 2007 it was announced that Sean P would form
the duo "Move Merchants" with Manchild of Mars ILL.
Albums
Setting his own pace Sean P has released his first solo
project "Stiles for Miles" in 2007. And a free mixtape with
tracks of mainstream hip hop artists entitled "Sean P's
Costume Jewelry" on November 18th, 2007.
Mixtapes
The DJ also made an exclusive mix of HipHop Is Music tracks,
entitled "Hiphop IS : Music for Bboys", this is released in
July 2007.
On August 23rd, 2007 the MC The Runaway announces, that he
is working on a mixtape with his brother ExzeK the Beatmaker
and DJ Sean P: "The Self-Centred Mixtape".
