Light, Da Flow Minista

Light, Da Flow Minista
Country:United States
Website:http://www.myspace.com/lightdaflowminista
Releases:[Straight...No Chaser!] [Whut Light?]
Info:Light is a source of illumination. The same definition can be used to describe Light, the female hip hop artist, who is illuminating the word of God through rhymes. Femcee Light brings the truth through song to encourage the Body of Christ and introduce Christ as a solution to those who live aimlessly without Him.

Mainstream
Before she accepted Christ, Light was a secular artist and shared the stage with many national artists such as The Wu-Tang Clan, Outkast and Usher, just to name a few.

Minister
Now a licensed Minister at Potter's House Ministries in Braddock, Pennsylvania, Light stands on the scripture in Ephesians 5:8; "For ye were sometimes in darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord; walk as children of light."

Focus
Light is known as an attention getter and a powerful Evangelist; anointed, raw and real. Fame and monetary gain is not the focus of this Evangelist. "My goal is to go triple platinum in souls." But with her skill, testimony and kingdom focus, don't be surprised if many come to know Christ through this "Light."

Featured
As an artist on Yuinon Records she has featured on the historic, all female compilation, called the H.E.R. Project (Healing & Evangelism through Rhyme) released in 2004.
As well as the compilation "Genocide : The Deliberate and Systematic Destruction of the Hip Hop Generation" (2005).
She is also featured on the "Obedient Dirt Mixtape Series Volume 1 : The Gathering" with Mahogany Jones released in 2007.
And on Mad Prophets' album "Current Events" (2006).

DVD
Light Da Flow Minista can also be seen on the DVD of Nutritious Visions entitled "Holy Hip Hop : The Ministry : Volume 2" of 2005.

Albums
Light released the EP "Whut Light?" in 2003. And she's currently working on her solo album: "Straight...No Chaser!".
