Re:son, began his emersion into the hip hop world in 1992.
While performing in schools, camps and outdoor events he
created his own style.
California
In 2000 Re:son got married and moved to Southern California.
This drastic change forced him to take a break from
performing, but he kept writing.
Albums
After three years he came back to the stage and introduced
his debut album "RE:son". In the early part of 2005 Re:son
is back in New York, aided by DJ PressPlay and with his
album called "DIEsected" (2005).
New Name
On February 1st, 2008 the MC announced a name change from
RE:son to Atone: "First, cause there are too many emcees out
there with a variation of the name RE:son and It's all good
but I would prefer not to be confused for someone else.
Second, I believe in change and growth and I don't think I
am the same person when I took that name. Lastly, it
represents me as my name is Anthony and is a variation of
that."
New Project
The MC is currently working on new material for his new
release in 2008. It is a a new EP that will mark the begin
of a three EP series. The first of the 3 EP series is titled
"Visible Sprightliness"
