| Info: | Sevin from Sacramento, California emerged to the scene at
the age of 17, in 1999, with his debut release "All or
none", and he has evolved into the well-seasoned lyrical MC
that he is today.
Kenoly Brothers
The album All or None was re-released on NGMR Records in
2001. NGMR is the label of the Kenoly Brothers. After the
release of his debut, Sevin released 6 more independent
albums.
Compilations
He is also featured on the vinyl single "Christsyde
Classics" (2006).
New label
In 2005 Sevin returned with his 8th release and his second
nationally distributed release entitled "Father forgive me"
on Christsyde Records.
New Project
After several re-releases of older albums Sevin returns on
the scene with his final double disc album entitled "We Die"
in 2007.
Retires
On January 23rd, 2007 Sevin announces he will retire as a
recording artist: "Az you should all kno, this will b my
last year doin this rap thang". But Sevin continued
recording in 2008.
R&B
A special project is released in mid-2007 filled with R&B
tracks from Sevin entitled "Work of Art : The R&B EP".
Albums
Besides the album "We Die" the rapper released a second
album entitled "B 4 I Wake" in 2007.
Album Dragonz Mouth
In 2008 Sevin releases the album "Str8 frum tha Dragonz
Mouth" about the Parental Advisory sticker the artist
states: "The album contains content that is more mature and
graphic than most other albums I have done. This album is
not a "gospel" album. Although it does have a method to its
madness. It is the first of a 2 part projekt that is
designed to grab the attention of the streets and lead them
to Christ. I am prepaired for the backlash that will
definately occure. The advisory is a disclaimer, if a movie
is rated "R" you can't complain about it's content. That's
what the rating system is for." |
